Administration Biographies
Fr. Jeff Kegley - Pastor, St. Raphael-Holy Angels Church
Father Jeffrey J. Kegley was ordained a priest on May 18, 1996 for the Diocese of Trenton, New Jersey. He served as Associate Pastor of St. Mary Church, New Monmouth, NJ; St. Catherine and St. Margaret Parish, Spring Lake, NJ; St. Veronica Church, Howell, NJ and Chaplain of Mater Dei High School, New Monmouth, NJ.
Mr. Timothy Lynch, Principal
Mr. Lynch was born and raised in Buffalo NY and is a product of Catholic Education. He graduated from Nardin Academy Elementary School and Canisius High School. He earned an undergraduate degree (History) and two graduate degrees (Education and Administration/Supervision) from Canisius College. After serving Catholic schools as an administrator for over 24 years, he still considers the title 'teacher' as the highest compliment that he can receive. Mr. Lynch is in his 4th year serving Saint Raphael School.
Mrs. Deanna Harkanson, School Office Manager
Mrs. Harkanson worked at Holy Angels School as a Teacher Assistant in Preschool and Kindergarten. She is in her 5th year at Saint Raphael School.
She is married with one daughter, Lauren.
Mrs. Hope Costa, Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Hope Costa is a graduate of Trenton State College. She holds certifications in Elementary Education and Language Arts 7-12. She has been on the faculty of Saint Raphael School since 1998. Hope is also a certified catechist. Mrs. Costa is an active parishioner of St. Raphael–Holy Angels serving as a lector and Eucharistic Minister.
